University Grievance Procedures

The Office of Affirmative Action acts as the campus complaint office, ensuring that employees and students are provided the right to due process in all cases of alleged sexual harassment or alleged discrimination. Faculty and staff may also access services of the Office of Affirmative Action when there are concerns about violations of University policy.

The following grievance procedures are for employees, both faculty and staff, and students who have a complaint against the University concerning the interpretation, application, or claimed violation of a specific term or provision of University policy or other matters which affect the relationship of an individual to the University:
